CMYK LED Backlight Board (1pcs) - FAZ007
D6x3 mm Round Magnet (20PCS) - CA007

Description

This is the first model I'm posting and it is a remix based on @maCyo42 remix of Bambulab's CMYK LED Backlight Board frame.

It doesn't require any support besides for the stands.

It uses 6x3 magnets to close the frame after inserting the LED board and diffuser plate.

I've also added 2 stand sizes with about 5mm difference.

I added the Fusion360 files to let you modify the magnet hole size in case you have different magnets than 6x3mm.

Personal touch :

I added adhesive rubber feet to prevent the frame from slipping, and I used an angled USB-C adapter because the frame was resting on the USB-C power adapter cable I used.

Good model! Magnets hold in the picture (in a way)! Printed in PLA-CF

What dimensions did you take for the lithophane so that it fits? Greetings Andy

It looks very nice. Do you have a chance to share the light version of the image? I have a P1S and the human faces appear red. I couldn't solve the problem? Do you have any information about this?

It turned out great. A picture with dimensions of 1.25 × 143 × 108.5 fits perfectly.

I only have 8x2mm magnets, is there a way to edit this in BBL studio? I don't have fusion360

I opened the F3D file, and it seems like a diameter of 8mm is just on the line of being too big.

I just tested with a 8mm hole and can confirm it's too big, here's the result in the slicer

thank you for your reply. I have ordered some 6x3 on the way. I did print out a few of the frames but noticed that it doesn’t quite sit flush with the lithophane frame. is it because of different pla texture / expansion? if so, do you know how I can fix this in BBL? or is this normal. thanks.

I just got my 0.2mm hot end and CMYK kit today. I currently have this printing. My question is, do you have a light diffuser panel for it? Or will the light diffuser from the frame you remixed from fit?

Currently going to print this frame + original Bambu CMYK diffuser to let you know. Remixed version from @maCyo42does does not include an STL for diffuser either, assuming it's because it's the original CMYK Bambu diffuser.

This morning, I decided to print just the diffuser from the one linked below. it fit just fine. I really like the design of your frame. I didn't have any magnets on hand, but going to order the ones you used. I have the back leg printing now. When that gets done, I'm going to change my P1S over to print a color litho. https://makerworld.com/models/47748

(I'm not the person who posted this design, just figured I'd try to help) BUT in turn I did not realize the color litho gives you a diffuser when you download your litho. That is the diffuser I will try to use and it seems it might be the same one you linked below. Hope all prints well!
