Description

This is a versatile 3D-printable clip designed to securely hold rods, pipes, or handles of various diameters. It features a countersunk hole for easy wall mounting or attachment to other surfaces, making it ideal for a wide range of applications.

  • Suitable for diameters ranging from 5mm to 40mm
  • Customized print profiles for common diameters
  • Countersunk hole for secure mounting
  • Compatible with PLA, ABS, or PETG materials

Applications:

  • Temporary storage of brooms, mops, or tools
  • Attaching items to poles or rods
  • Securing honeycomb storage walls to frame structures
  • Organizing cables or hoses

Screw Size Guide:

  • Over 35mm diameter: M6 screw
  • 26-35mm diameter: M5 screw
  • 16-25mm diameter: M4 screw
  • 11-15mm diameter: M3 screw
  • Under 10mm diameter: M2 screw

Printing Recommendations:
For optimal performance and durability, we recommend using ABS or PETG. However, PLA can also be used for less demanding applications.

Print Orientation:
To ensure the best strength and flexibility, print the clip on its side. This orientation aligns the layer lines with the direction of stress, enhancing the clip's durability and performance.
