Despite being made of plastic, the design ensures robust and reliable performance.

- Two Halfes for best stability
- Pin: Ensures smooth movement and stability when assembled. Can glue in.
- Specialized Design:
- Front Tip: Dedicated for quick and easy removal of the silicone sock.
- Middle Grooves: Custom-fit grooves designed to securely grip the nozzle's heatsink, enabling easy removal or reinsertion without damaging components.

Printing Instructions
- Material Recommendations:
- PETG: Offers flexibility and heat resistance.
- ABS or ASA: Durable and withstands higher temperatures.
- PLA+: Sufficient for moderate use but less heat-resistant.
- Print Settings:
- Layer Height: 0.2 mm for strength and detail.
- Infill: 30–40% (Gyroid or Grid recommended).
- Wall Thickness: 1.2 mm (3 perimeters).
- Supports: Required for the pinholes and intricate overhangs.
- Adhesion:
- Heated bed set to 50–60°C for PLA or 70–90°C for PETG/ABS.
- Use a brim or raft for additional stability during printing.
- Post-Processing:
- Lightly sand the pin for smoother movement.
- Optionally apply super glue to secure the pin for a permanent connection.
Assembly
- Step 1: Align the two halfs in open position and gently press them together.
- Step 2: Insert the pin through the central holes of the handles and jaws.
- Step 3: Ensure the pin is secure; glue may be used for added stability.
Usage Instructions
- Silicone Sock Removal: Use the front tip to safely grip and remove the silicone sock.
- Nozzle Maintenance: Align the grooves with the heatsink to easily remove or reinstall the nozzle.
- PTFE Tube / Cold Pull: Use the knurled flat rear section for gripping PTFE tubes or performing cold pulls efficiently.
