Description

Nov 2025 UPDATE: I've added the inserts as a print profile for different size cans. =)

Before owning a 3d printer I had purchased a set of 3d printed cup holders for my 2005 Mini Cooper on Etsy. They worked out ok, but really only fit one size cup. And after dropping a backpack on one, it snapped. Not the prints fault, but also not super sturdy. Owning a P1s I wanted to import a set I had found on Thangs to MakerWorld to make it easier to print.

I imported the stl into Bambu Studio and mirrored them so you will have a right and left. I printed them in PETG and it worked great. Thought I would share here to save others the time of swapping things around (seemed daunting when I first started using Studio, but figured it out). You can also put your phone in the slot between the two cup holders.

After printing the holders, the adapters and fitting them in the car, I would say the adapters (for me) are not needed. The main cup holder fits 99% of the water bottles, cups and tumblrs that I use. I added a bit of soft sided velcro to the sides of the adapter that goes into the original cup holder hole in the mini to snug up the fit.
