I made this model as I did not have the original fan screws on hand. It is compliant, friction fit design, which should fit most 120mm (and some other size) fans. Also it is easy to resize in slicer for any other fan types (with different size holes) or different applications.
Tested on 120mm computer fan and 120mm 24V industrial fan and both fit snugly, firmly holding the protective grid, yet they are reasonably easy to fit in without additional tools. I recommend using PETG, ABS or ASA as PLA creeps and might loosen over time. For anti-vibration properties you can consider even TPU. However I printed mine in PLA and so far it holds without any issues.
