Monoprice Mini Delta CYD

I moved my Monoprice Mini Delta V2 over to klipper but missed having a screen. The original screen is a 2.8in touch display, so in comes the CYD Klipper 2.8 in display! Full credit to CYD Klipper project for its awesome firmware on the CYD Github.

There are a couple different mount options here. Arm 1 and Arm 2 should be used for the Monoprice Mini Delta V2. Simply remove the old plate and mainboard and harvest the four self tapping screws and plate. Use four M3x6 screws to mount the arms to the display, then reuse the four self tapping screws to hold the arms to the plate. See photos for reference.

The full plate replacement can either be assembled by self tapping four M3x6 screws to mount the display in place, reusing the four self tapping screws from the MPMDV2 (Side Plate CYD - MPMDV1/2 - ST), or there is an M3X5x4 heat set version if you are feeling fancy (Side Plate CYD - MPMDV1/2 - HS).

Note I have only tested the full plate replacements with the MPMDV2 and either the adapter arms or side plate should work perfect. The MPMDV1 I think uses the same mounting and should work as well but someone please test this and let me know in a make. I have also posted the step files if anyone wants to modify them.
