Description

Sunlu FC01 filament connector holder V2.11

Holder with filament clamps, storage, tool holders and cable management for Sunlu FC01 Filament connector.

Updated holder for Sunlu filament connector.
Print profile has pre-painted layers for dual colors and only need one filament change - reducing filament waste.
If you print the TPU feet the print profile is set to a lower speed suitable for TPU.
The layer height is set to 0.16mm and if you want better looking curved surfaces you can enable variable layer height.
A version without the power plug holder is available among the files.

Let the parts cool before assembly. If the lids are a little tight (because of over extrusion) just open and close them a few times and they should work perfectly after that.

Update December 31 2024
Added a plate containing the main body without the plug holder. Choose if you want to print the plate with or without the plug holder.

Update December 5 2024 (Bottom Clamp V2.1):
Following some confusion on what is left vs right side of the holder the bottom clamp has been re-designed to a universal fit - meaning it is only one clamp design that fits both sides of the holder and no longer a need to mount it to a specific side.

If you already have printed all parts but want the new bottom clamp you can print only that as it will fit the original main body.
The bottom clamps only need around 3 grams of filament each.

With this I have also added a top clamp without text. You can choose if you want the top clamp with or without text (The top clamp has always been a universal fit).

A new print profile has been added with the new bottom clamps and top clamps both with and without text!
