A purely 3D-printed frame for a racing drone
The size is a 3.5-inch ring, printed in three parts
I used PLA-CF for the arms and baseplate, PETG for the ring, and TPU for the remaining components
It includes three sizes of spacers to elevate the motors, ensuring the propellers are centered within the ring
The AIO mounting size is 25.5mm
The motor mounting size is 12mm diagonally
Eight 3mm inner diameter, 15mm long aluminum standoffs are recommended for connecting the ring and arms
The simulated video transmission mounting size is 30.5mm
