Medical centrifuge (Model: BY-600C) centrifuge short tube cap removal bracket

Greetings, this marks my inaugural contribution to the modeling community.

I have designed this cap removal rack for short tubes (8cm blood collection tubes) specifically for the domestically produced Beijing Baiyang centrifuge (model BY-600C) used in our local medical testing center.

Previously, the original short tube cap removal rack for this machine was incompatible with the short blood collection tubes (8cm) used in our region, rendering it unusable. Therefore, I created a new rack specifically for the BY-600C centrifuge.

After a month of rigorous real-world testing, the improved cap removal rack has met expectations in both functionality and stability.

Printing Considerations:

1. Employ PETG or a more robust material such as ABS. To ensure high-speed centrifugation, a minimum infill density of 50% is imperative (the design utilizes 60%).

2. Compatible model: Domestically produced Beijing Baiyang centrifuge (model BY-600C), as depicted below; compatible tube type: 8cm blood collection tubes (capped)
