Bill of Materials
Description
Small, elegant pulley for light-duty paracord.
No supports; pick compression axle (strong) or snatch screw.
Skeleton Zero Mini is a small pulley for light-duty paracord jobs. This model has been designed to print without supports and does not require a metal bolt but you will need to provide a 608 bearing or print one for demo purposes.
Option 1: Compression Fit Axle
The axle is a two-part compression fit locking design and assembly is simple but will require some gentle hammering ideally with a plastic hammer or the butt end of a screwdriver. Once hammered into place it will be quite strong easily capable of lifting 25 pounds with default slicer settings. This is the strongest option.
Option 2: Printed Screw Snatchblock
Print the screw by maxing out wall loops or use 100% infill. This design has an additional feature that it can be opened and closed like a snatchblock. This is the more versatile option since it allows for easy disassembly.
