Sunlu filament dryer S2 roller arm

This roller arm is for the filament to smoothly slide out of the dryer at a 90 degree angle to the printer without excess rubbing on the PTFE tubing, which without the roller found created a lot of friction and caused problems during printing.

Needed:

Ball bearing with 8mm inner diameter

M8 bolt and nut

Note: I printed the wheel in half with pins for the ball bearing to sit nicely inside, then glued using epoxy to be held together strongly.

For mounting onto the dryer I used 3m double sided heavy duty tape.

Recommended print settings:

>25% infill
