Christmas Stress-Relieving Cat Keychain (Pressable)------------(An adorably shaped, pressable stress-relief toy)
This charming Christmas-themed cat features a pre-drilled hole for attaching a keychain, perfect for hanging on your bag
It can also adorn your Christmas tree or serve as a delightful holiday gift for loved ones
Version One: Pure 3D-Printed Version
This delightful cat incorporates a printable spring mechanism, enabling you to create a charming stress-relieving Christmas cat using only your 3D printer, without needing additional components
We recommend using PETG or PLA filament (the spring requires PETG, as PLA lacks sufficient elasticity) The cat's paws and pumpkin hat are attached using adhesive, and the modular design eliminates the need for multi-color printing
Assembly Diagram:
Remember that the gift box hat has a specific orientation; the two notched positions slot onto the cat's ears
The green ribbons around the gift box have a directional element; if it doesn't fit, it's reversed; rotate it 180 degrees and try again
One of the four ribbons has a notch; align this with the notch on the back of the gift box; the others are interchangeable (primarily to avoid the cat's tail)

Version Two: Mechanical Keyboard Switch Version
Alternatively, we offer a version compatible with mechanical keyboard switches, providing a satisfying tactile feel and click
Installation is identical to the pure 3D-printed version; simply replace the printed spring with the mechanical keyboard switch
1. Mechanical keyboard switches must be purchased separately; both tactile and linear switches yield excellent results (both clicky and silent switches work well), personal preferences vary; choose clicky switches for a crisp sound, or linear switches for a more subdued feel; affordable options are readily available online
2. Both standard cross-shaped and dust-proof switches are compatible
(If the fit is too tight or loose, adjust the XY hole compensation in your slicing software to accommodate your switches)

Version Three: Spring Version
Enhanced tactile feedback using a spring instead of a printed component
Requires a single 0.6*8*20 compression spring
Installation is identical to the pure 3D-printed version, replacing the printed spring with a 0.6*8*20 compression spring
Three distinct facial expressions have been designed for the adorable cat

If you lack multi-color printing capabilities, or desire a rapid print, omit the color changes for a monochrome print; paint the eyes and mouth with black acrylic paint (acrylic markers are also suitable)
Those with AMS are encouraged to directly print the multi-color version (printing multiple units simultaneously minimizes waste)
Printing Considerations:
1. To mitigate layer lines on the cat's head, consider reducing the layer height
2. Adjust the XY and outer wall compensation settings to optimize the fit (material type and flow rate affect the final dimensions; a single design cannot perfectly accommodate all materials and printing parameters; adjust the compensation parameters to suit)
3. No supports are needed
4. Add a brim or apply adhesive to the build plate when printing the paws; insufficient surface area may cause printing failure
5. Regarding multi-color print purge settings:
When printing the multi-color cat's head, use the following settings (purge multiplier 2.0, wipe tower width 50, purge amount 100), as black and white transitions are prone to color mixing; this configuration helps avoid color bleeding
The result of color mixing is shown below; a gray area will appear around the eyes and mouth; avoid compromising print quality to save material:
