Description
Compact rack for Lacertosus Bumper PRO discs
This rack requires cutting to size a 20mm diameter metal curtain pole.
The standard measurements of this project are for Lacertosus Bumper Pro discs.
If you have discs of other sizes you will have to modify the dimensions of the various TPU thicknesses as well as the size of the cut of the pole inside it.
My discs (in the photo) with a diameter of 450mm measure in thickness:
- 5kg - 26.2mm
- 10kg - 36mm
- 15kg - 48mm
- 20kg - 60mm
(25kg - 68.5mm) non in foto
The TPU shims have in fact measures: 34.2, 42, 56, 67, (70.3) mm.
The 2 poles inside have been cut to a length of 335mm each.
[If you want to add the 25kg Bumper PRO disc you will have to cut the 2 poles to 425mm and add the sixth support and the 70.3mm shim].
Each rack requires the following for fixing:
- 4 M5 nuts
4 M5x15mm screw
Designed for dome head screws, as pictured!

As for the vertical supports, in the .3MF file there are 2 sizes:
- Holes 20.5mm
- Holes 20.7mm
It depends on the tent poles you use.
20.7mm worked best in my case.
