Description
Air conditioning heater actuator repair, gear suitable for Citroen C4, Berlingo, Peugeot Partner 1607488280, 5E22300, 5E222240
This small actuator broke for my client so I decided to help him by drawing this simpler and more functional design from scratch, I saw on the web that they were selling this small part at exorbitant prices in vehicle material outlets, so this design is completely free and functional ^^.
To give the part more mechanical resistance, it is printed diagonally, in the 3mf file it is already ready for you to just print, the supports are tree-like and with my custom configuration, they are super easy to remove. ^^

-Recommendation> It can be printed in PLA or PLA+ and it won't break, but I recommend using ABS or PETG
-Citroen asked for 250 to repair the fault
-The part on the internet can be bought for €30 at car parts distributors€
-The cost of this print is less than 50 cents.
