A1 mini Elegant Compact Enclosure Solution (ECE)

This is an elegant, compact, and economical enclosure specially designed for a1 mini, primarily focused on minimizing volume and the number of accessories required. Key construction points are as follows:

1. The main frame is constructed using 2020R aluminum profiles, measuring 360mm, 405mm, and 435mm, with four pieces each. Threaded holes need to be drilled at both ends to connect the 2020R rounded elbows.
2. All dimensions have been repeatedly verified through printing to ensure no interference with any axis movement and no cable pinching.
3. It is recommended to purchase white plastic cover versions for the rounded elbows, which harmonize well with the light-colored profiles.
4. The panels are made of 2mm acrylic sheets, and with the addition of a 1mm sealing strip thickness, they align perfectly with the profile surface. The dimensions are 355mm@400mm, 400@430mm, and 355@430mm, two pieces each.
5. Panel fixing and hinges employ 2020 spacing connection blocks, which can be directly purchased as finished transparent components or printed based on the provided model.
6. The door panel uses printed symmetrical spacing connection blocks as hidden hinges, creating a seamless fit with the enclosure when closed.
