Z CRAP CAP (clean Z axis lead screw bearing cover)

This One-Wall-Wonder covers your Z axis lead screw bearings to keep the crap out off of your bearing tops.

 

left and right handed sides are included in this model. 

Z Crap Cap gives a seamless clean appearance, by making your top bearing pillow block appear monolithic. 

Z Crap Cap has a clip on design and will not simply, blow away or brush off during cleaning, or fall off even if you pick up the machine and transport it upside down through a worm hole to another realm. basically you don't have to worry about it getting dislodged.

I think this is a different more clean look than printing simple circles that typically are not flush and can easily fall out or get knocked out and fall down inside your machine, or some where else that you can't find. 

Please make sure your filament is dry, and don't complain that it is thin and flimsy. that is the whole point, it is just a thin skin to give your machine a more attractive appearance and keep dust and plastic junk from collecting on your bearing tops. 

if you understand the One-Wall-Wonder concept then you already get it. this is a lean efficient design that does its job effectively with minimal material. about 2g per part. and very quick print times.

 TIPE: make sure you allow this print to cool before you remove it from the print plate, or else you risk warping it. and peel it off with the lines some times thin single layers will split side to side. and glue my help it release easier (I don't use glue I'm just careful enough and that works for me)
