Flexible Hose for Drill Press Dust Extraction

Introduction

This is the flexible hose for the Drill Press Dust Extraction model that is available here. I would recommend a hose with 9 Mid Link, plus a Start Link and End Link, however you can adapt this as much as needed for your setup.

• First Easy Dust Extraction that is Versatile: An inexpensive way of dealing with dust collection for the average builder.

Parts for assembly

Part 1: Flexible Hose

• 1 x Start link
• 1 x End link Medium (there are 3 sizes and can add more if needed)
• Amount of Middle links that fit your needs. My setup is with 9 links.

When printing please note

• To achieve optimal results, print the flexible hose links with the hose end facing the print bed.
• Printer variability can affect the tightness of hose links. It's advisable to perform a test print and adjust your settings as necessary.
• While I have used PLA for all parts, consider using PETG for the flexible hose due to its enhanced durability.
• Before assembly consider sanding the parts if your printer prints lumpy sections.

My printing configuration if you should decide to print on other than Bambuu Lab Printers.

• Nozzle: 0.4mm
• Layer Height: 0.20mm
