Thule cross bar T-tray insert whistle stop

Infill for Thule cross bar to prevent whistle from wind flowing over the space in the T-track. I printed in 95a TPU to keep it flexible but other materials can work too. Intention is to print it in segments to keep it adaptable to different rack setups. I've had good result printing up to 5 inches tall but after layer adhesion can become a challenge.

Note: 3mf is built for a .6 nozzle on P1S. Change it to your nozzle size and re-slice.

Note: Thule makes a variety of cross bars. These fit the version that came on the VW Golf Alltrack which can be found here:

As far as I'm aware the T-Slot channel is the same on all of the cross bars but please don't fault me if I'm wrong. Maybe cut it to a 1 inch version and make sure it fits your rack system…
