Description

I couldn't find a case for my GF's Flip 6, so I took some measurements and designed this with a little inspiration from the originals, My guess is that for this phone a TPU case wouldn't work, but who knows.

Fits really well. I have just added a print profile which makes the corners more comfortable and allows dual colour with a textured look on the face and back plate.

I added my "tag"/initials...printed out nicely, fits on my phone perfectly. No complaints. Update, wanted to try out carbon fiber build plate.

very nice! fits amazingly, printed with sunlu petg. you are right about tpu being not good, i tried printing it with tpu and it was a blobby mess, and it didnt fit at all. what i would recommend changing is the empty space for the volume/power buttons to a hole with both sides having equal walls, instead on one big wall on the right of the buttons.

Thanks for your message, the thing I understand is that the power button is a fingerprint reader as well, so enclosing the buttons would make it difficult to activate the sensor as well as the buttons, plus it might make printing more difficult.

Carbon fiber build plate with black filament on this profile is great! Had to use some double stick tape (its hard to take a photo of a phone case thats on your phone)

Works perfectly for my Z Flip 5. I made a few tweaks when printing it for the first time, partly to play it safe with the overhang walls (variable layer height, arachne, 3 walls, thick external bridges, extra bridge layers, reverse on even, 300 mm³/s² extrusion rate smoothing). I wanted to test using PLA first before printing it with TPU, but since it came out so well, I think that I'll just stick with the PLA case for now.

The thing is that credit cards don't fit inside the shape of the folded phone, so it would make holding the phone really awkward.
