I had several failed attempts just like a couple of other commenters. The issue is more than likely their own fault, it was mine as well. i had the exact same issue. I keep my filaments dry and dry them before printing if they aren't already in my creality space pi4 dryers. This bracket is the only thing I have had issues with while printing PETG. I needed to slow down my print. The only successful prints I had at first were when i put it on half speed/quiet, during the night since I didn't care when it finished. I didn't think about that at first. I normally always use bambu petg basic profile for all my petg filaments I have. I was using comgrow, which is a great filament, but apparently on this bracket is has to be slowed down big time, I kept it around 50mm/s max speed, yeah it was a little slow, but that was the issue. I used this same filament on 2 little cubby boxes, 2 rod holders and the cup holders and ran it under the normal bambu settings with no issues.

Failed twice on an A1 Mini - gets to the same point in printing and begins stringing out. (Picture attached)

Not sure… I’ve only printed it on an X1C. you could try slowing the speed down and adding supports.

you need to ensure you have supports or it will not print, the print turned out perfect

This is awesome! is there a way to not have the under screw? I just bought a sun chaser and the siding goes all the way up

I just realized that there could be a foot added to the screw to make it like a compression type thing.

Thanks! I couldn’t get the rod holder attachment hold tight enough without that screw, but the drink holder attachment may still work for you. Happy printing!

I am only level 4 so I can not respond to your message. I was thinking if widen the width of the clamp and move the screw up a little so it touches the rail. You could then add a foot with a rubber backing to the screw. ------------------------- I : I I :<====I====[] I : I I I I I I

Have you considered a hook option? I was looking at this on printables: https://www.printables.com/model/530741-pontoon-boat-rail-hooks But it would be more useful to install this rail system and then be able to swap between hooks, cupholders, etc. as needed (if it's not something you're interested in then I can try my hand at CAD - appreciate you including the original file here)

This worked great on my scissor lift as the railing is the same size. Easy print, tight fit so it won't move. Thanks!
