printed good but won’t slide into the piece for the pontoon side. any suggestions?

Make sure you didn’t scale either of them, otherwise it won’t work. If that’s not it, you could try sanding down the area where the they attach.

i had same issue, printed well, I used PETG and its extremelly tight to try and slide on, and I didnt scale it either

excellent made a few wof them for my mom/dad's pontoon boat at the lake house. they loved it. itd well made and strong. I jsut used petg. if anything happens to it ill use asa.

This is awesome ... would you be willing to provide some guidance on how to make the attachment so as to fit other things I am trying to do? I really like this storage bin ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3102278 ) and would love to be able to attach it to your Pontoon Rail System. Thanks In Advance

Bed Adhesion Issue:I tried 3 times to print this on two different plates used liquid adhesive with it to fail and come off the plate in less than 1/2 the print every time

It has never failed for me, but I have an X1C and always use the flow calibration and bed leveling. I suggest you try adding a brim to it if you are having adhesion issues.
