Description

*** UPDATE ***

2. January 2025:

This is my corrected version 5.44!

With this update, the model is once again a dispenser and no longer a shooter  ;-)

*********************************************************************

This is the successor to my popular design:

Many thanks for the lovely comments and, of course, all the boosts. I hope this new design meets your expectations. The new raising mechanism no longer relies solely on friction, so even imperfectly rounded toothpicks should be displayed nicely.

New Features:

  • Mechanism: Gear-driven raising mechanism-
  • Style: Aviation Jet Engine
  • Toothpick Capacity: 100 pcs
  • Toothpick Diameter: 1.9 – 2.1 mm
  • Max. Toothpick Size: 8 cm
  • Min. Toothpick Size: 6.5 – 6.9 cm (with click-in placeholder/dummy)

Additional Tips:

  • My print profile includes the Brim option, which significantly reduces the likelihood of failed prints
  • Additionally, the layer thickness has been optimally chosen to enhance the appearance of the model, ensuring even better results
  • Depending on the filament, you may need to press firmly on the lever once after printing
  • This may also apply to the lid
  • It is essential to remove any fine strings inside the container to ensure that the toothpicks can fall cleanly into the pit
  • After a few attempts, the toothpicks should be presented better and better.

Happy printing, and I look forward to your feedback!
