I printed with PLA at 0.2mm/layer. Use high-quality PLA - avoid matte PLA as it is not very flexible, especially for the spring. **- Let the parts cool down well before assembling everything – if you’re in a hurry, place them in the freezer before assembly – assembling with hot parts and stressing the spring and trigger will alter the tolerances – don’t do it. **

This NEW and IMPROVED version of the Improved Replacement Spring. &nbsp;It is more flexible, less likely to break, and wont jam at the end of its travel. &nbsp;It has longer flexible sections to reduce the stress on the spring given the same total deflection when pressing the actuator.

As the Original Designer suggests, allow the part to cool fully prior to removing it from the build plate. Enjoy!
