Bernina 807 Bobbin Winder Wheel

Replacement rubber wheel for Bernina 807 bobbin thread winding

This wheel is smaller in diameter than the original one. The reason for this is: I noticed that the full sized original wheel doesn't fully utilise the "over centre" mechanism of the winder locking (the old tired spring doesn't hold the rubber wheel tight with the handwheel teeth). Smaller diameter allows to lock the mechanism further and provide a more reliable connection.
