Chess box tower set with foldable board game

My models and profils are made for bambulab printers, If You use another  printer please refer to your manuel or slicer manual .

I needed an idea to save place but keep my chess game as a decoration , so I have design this chess tower with a foldable board game .

I used bambu TPU 95, Pla mat latte , Pla metal brown , Pla mat black ,Pla marble.

it use a 50% size set. i have include one in profil

one profil use Tpu for Ams.

one profil for classic Tpu 

one profil for A1 mini , dont need Tpu , use fabric .

If You dont have TPU , print in Pla the Tpu for Ams profil  then glue a fabric under the board because the Pla can  breack 

Dont discard my profil or you wont have the stars on titles ( or use octogram on top layer).

I highly recommend Use UHU stick glue on all your plate to help you remove the Tpu at the end of the print.

I added a square on last plate to train to change colors manually for beginners.

how to print :

the board game for X1 A1 and P1 for classic Tpu:

Disable ams and load the TPU in external spool.

The plate will have 2 pause .

pause 1 , layer 3 : you will need to change the color manually ( when the printer will do the pause , clic on close, go to filament on the screen, unload the TPU, load Pla latte brown , then clic on resume . be careful to close the windows that tell you the print is in pause, don't stop it . the printer will ask it to you several time)

pause 2 at the end , repeat change color to go to brown .

the board game for A1 mini:

print the 4 parts of the board , and glue them on a fabric. if you dont have Ams,  use pause instead of change colors in bambustudio and change color manually.( see X1  A1  P1 board)

you can use AMS, if you don't have it, replace the change color in bambustudio with pause , and change color manually.

Remove supports inside the top tower.

build it with the 2 large part at the bottom, and the 2 shorter on top. 

the chess pieces

the slicer may ask you to add supports but ignore it, they dont need some.

edit : added a ring profil to add on the base only for those who have already print the tower. now the base have it include. 

added a profil with clip to lock the board , thanks to matt thibs @mthib ,  boost him too .
