Description

NOTE: If you need even more organization, you can print the “Any Size Hanging Trays for "Modular Drawer Dividers" (Parametric)” to provide even more space for your stuff!  These trays work great for utilizing the unused vertical space!

What

This is a remix of "Modular Drawer Dividers" created by @NielsW_201388.  This is a great project, however all my wood working tools are currently at my cabin :-/

So, I wanted to put this together without them.

What's different?

I've made a few changes.

  1. I added a straight coupler for connecting 2 straight dividers together.
  2. I modified the “L”, “T”, and “X” couplers to allow a consistent 25mm insert from all directions.  Effectively removing the passthrough to to enable working with more smaller dividers instead of longer wood dividers that @NielsW_201388 project enables.
  3. I've pre-made and uploaded virtually every lenght “7mm width divider” you could possibly need to fill in your drawer.  80+ STLs of dividers from lengths 50mm to 300mm.  If you need a custom length, I also added the OpenSCAD file for the dividers.  Probably the simplest thing I'll ever upload… :-)

The other thing I liked about using plastic was the ability to emboss images and text onto the dividers via the Slicer.  This way, it's VERY clear to my kids where things go!!!!

One last benefit of printing your dividers in plastic is that you can finally get rid of those really crappy rolls of filament that you hate and turn them into useful rectangular dividers :-). I have a couple rolls of crap filament like that and I'm glad I'm getting rid of it.

Anyway, hope this helps some of you!
