Description
The Steelcase Amia/Leap v2/Think armrests have a tendency for the plastic cover that prevents the 4-way adjustable arms from pinching you to become loose and stop fitting. This happens because the plastic clip pieces will break off from the bottom piece (Pivot Plate Bearing). Instructions on how to replace these parts can be found from the Steelcase PDF titled "Leap®/Amia™/Think® Pivot Arm Cap Repair Kit".
These parts are sold by Crandall Office Furniture as armrest underlays, but with this you can 3D print them yourself. This isn't a 1:1 design as some dimensions and splines aren't perfect, but works perfectly well and has good fitment in my Amia and Leap.
