Description

This is an arduino ILI9486 touch screen case with a battery. The screen with it can be used to control Arduino / ESP devices in your own project.

Necessary things:

  • Arduino or ESP32
  • Screen ILI9486
  • Battery Li-Pol
  • TP4056 battery charging module
  • 2 magnets 5mm
  • 2 magnets 6mm

First, you need to use a soldering iron to melt the magnets into the back of the case and solder the cables to the magnets. Next put screen into case and use hot glue for to stick the screen. You cannot press the screen to the case if you want to use the touch. Then you need to connect all the cables. Two cable from magnets connect to power (5V and GND) and another two for USB (D+, D-) i use micro usb cable for this (now I prefer USB-C). The last you must close the case (you can use something heavy becouse both parts fit very well).

After that you need to mount the case mount on the 4 screws to which you connect the USB cable. And if you want to program Arduino you have to attach the case to the mounting and connect the cable to the computer.
