Description

A printed housing for an ESP32-CAM board, which is a pretty standard and cheap board. The housing exists of two parts. The bottom box within which you slide the sandwiched boards. This might be a tight fit. To support sliding the bottom box contains inner slides at the top and bottom of both inner side walls. After mounting the boards you can slide the top part in at the open end of the bottom box. When the top is almost completely lowered, you put some pressure on the far end of the top part and slide it further down. In that way the top part clips on to the bottom part. I printed bottom and top in a different colours. If you want that as well, do not print it one go. Because this will take a lot of material. Instead print them separately, which is also a lot faster.

It features a micro USB slot, a CAM window, a LED window and a slot for an SD card. Depending on the sizing accuracy of the board manufacturer it will slide it easily It does not accommodate a WIFI antenna. But it can easily be adapted to support that.
