Description

Check out these awesome 3D-printed water hose clamps, exclusively available on Maker World! Perfect for car engine repairs when you need to block a water hose and stop coolant from leaking out everywhere.

These clamps are designed to be printed in just three easy parts: the body, the screw, and the jaw. Assembly? Super simple. Just screw the bolt through the body and snap the jaw into the ball joint—though it might feel a bit stiff at first, that's what ensures smooth operation over time.

I've created special print profiles with five walls and 25% infill for extra durability, so these clamps can take on real-world use. They’re also designed to fit into tighter spaces than regular plier-style clamps. For best results, I recommend printing them with PETG filament.

In this picture, you can see some hoses over the clamps. These were my first version, and the screws were a little bit too short. This has now been fixed, and I will upload a few pictures of the new design in action when I get to use them again.
