Mini Swiss Fondue Pot

Description
-Overview-
Instantly recognizable by anyone familiar with Swiss cuisine, this miniature fondue pot is designed to hold a tea light candle, offering a fun and functional way to display an iconic piece of Swiss culture.
Few things represent Switzerland as vividly as its most famous national dish: Swiss Fondue! This traditional dish gathers families and friends together to share warm smiles and laughter. It celebrates Swiss culture, serves as a bridge connecting loved ones, and fosters unforgettable moments. It's no surprise that fondue consistently ranks at the top of lists of famous Swiss foods.
Inspired by the fondue pot my family has used more times than I can remember, I’ve created a scaled-down version featuring the iconic Swiss cross three times around the sides along with an optional fondue stove you can print to show off your fondue pot. To add a final touch and also make it functional, the pot is designed to perfectly hold a 15mm tall tea light candle. I recommend a yellow candle to represent the renowned Swiss cheese used in any authentic fondue.
This model is quick and easy to print, making it perfect as a table topper or a fun way to add a traditional Swiss touch to any room!
-Print Settings-
To simplify the printing process and allow for multiple colors, the fondue pot is divided into three parts :
Fondue Pot :
This part should be printed upside down with supports for a smooth finish on the outside. If your printer struggles with the overhangs on the inside, you can print it right side up with supports. This part can be printed at any layer height depending on the level of detail desired.
Fondue Cross :
This part needs to be printed three times and glued onto the pot. Given their smaller size, it’s best to print these parts at a layer height of 0.08mm or lower to achieve the desired shape.
Fondue Handle :
This part is straightforward and can be printed however you prefer. It does not require supports, and unless you encounter adhesion issues, a brim is not needed. This piece is also glued to the pot.
All parts were printed with 15% gyroid infill using a 0.4mm nozzle on my Creality CR-6 SE.
The model is also available as a single piece for those interested in multicolor or resin printing. There is also another variation of the fondue pot which has a hole that goes all the way through the pot and a handle that fits into the hole if glue doesn’t offer a secure enough connection.
For the fondue stove, any layer height works well, and I recommend using 15% gyroid infill.
Happy Printing!
