Description

This is a scaled version of Errivincenz version – the version posted would not fit into the TI thumb grip. I have included multiple print profiles to support various filaments as tolerances are tight and thermal expansion can impact fit.  I have also included both a Serrated and Standard print plate for each as I am aware that fitment between the two vary.  To install press the butt end (with the hole) into the blade first then work the front in (it will be tight)

ASA:  The standard blade has a 2.5% scale while the serrated blade has -0.5% scale (3% difference)

PETG: The standard blade has a 1% scale while the serrated blade has -1% scale (2% difference)

PLA: The standard blade has a 2.5% scale while the serrated blade has -1% scale (3.5% difference)

TPU: The standard blade has a 7% scale while the serrated blade has 2.5% scale (4.5% difference) **

BE CAREFUL WHEN INSERTING ANY OF THESE INSERTS.  TRY TO INSERT THE GRIP WHILE THE SHARP END IS PROTECTED

** The TPU profile is extremely tight due to the nature of TPU.  Exercise caution!

Note: while I iterated a significant number of options for each type, these profiles worked best for me.  Your print results may vary due to filament brand and variances in properties (so if fitment feels off please try a different profile or manually adjust the scale)

Update 1: Apparently this also works for the wave+ but further experimentation may be required – profiles listed are specific to Charge TI.

Update 2: Enhanced print profile for higher quality prints and added multiple plates based on knife type and slightly adjusted tolerance
