The gear keeps breaking off when I try to loosen it up. I'm printing on A1 with basic PLA using first original file. Is there a setting I can use to make the gear free up easier?

have you calibrated your filament manually? or using the flow extrusion calibration?

No. I'm using Bambu Labs PLA basic. I just use stock settings for A1 for PLA basic.

absolutely the worst, didn't work on my brand new bambu labs a1 which usually gives perfect quality
