Let me introduce the Ratchet Strap Winder L V1.0. A manual retractor for tensioning straps that helps you organize your tensioning straps quickly and easily. You just thread the tension straps into the slot and then start cranking, then pull off the strap roll when it's coiled up. Super easy. This version handles up to 50mm wide tension straps which can be many many meters long. The stronger the band, the fewer meters.

Key features:

Only printed parts. You read that right! This model is designed to be assembled with printed pins.
No support needed.
Up to 50mm wide tapes are quickly and easily rolled up.

Printing and assembly instructions:

If sliced and printed from 3MF & .stl = break the pin
If printed from a premade Profile = no pin at all
Make sure your printer's tolerances are good enough for tight fits.
You must use a sturdy filament for this print. I would use PETG.
Use at least 4-5 walls and 20% infill.
