Thrustmaster TH8 H-shifter improved feel mod

This is my take on TH8A/RS shifter H-pattern mod, it has a bunch of improvements over similar solutions available.

Note: the standard model with full 6mm thickness of teflon pads requires supports, you can use a knife to cut off the bottom rubbery portion and print the 3.5mm version that doesn't need supports.
