Bi-fold door child proofing

After trying to come up w/ some no destructive method to keep my kids and sometimes the dogs. Got the inspiration from a picture of a simple design, decided to make for myself.

The model is set up for a 35-36mm bi-fold door.

I added some supports to the backside to help take the stress of getting pulled on, and even notched the top so you can push it up in the frame “like a hard lock” . The loop in the middle allows for easy movement w/ just single finger, or with a hook. My wife is only 5 ft and she can move this w/ no issues.

Printed w/ both PLA and PET-G just fine. used default printer settings for a .4 nozzle
