One of the drawbacks of this lathe chuck design is that the back is open. This closes the back and also can cover the wrench holes by rotating it around the chuck. The design also includes indexing. The printed part simply snaps on to 2 minor recesses in the chuck along the circumference.
Filament: any PLA or PLA+ brass
Notes:
You may need to scale depending on your printer and filament.
Also, the snap fit is kind of tight and had the part break with some old and brittle PLA so PLA+ may work better.
