Description

After many requests, I present the first prototype of Flight Fenders for the Onewheel Pint.

This model has not been fully tested.  I expect poor strength with agressive trail riding as it utilizes the stock screw lengths and is only mounted with 2 screws on each side.

That being said, it has been integrated onto a new delete giving you a very clean look and uninterrupted footpad space.

I would love for riders to print and report back with feedback. I can make additional adjustments as needed.

DO NOT FORGET TO PLACE THE INCLUDED MUD FLAP UNDER THE FRONT DELETE. The front delete/fender will not sit flush if you mount it without this.

I have also included an optional Flight Shield that slides into these fenders. You will need to glue the shield pieces together with plastic epoxy and then razor blade off the excess glue. (see attached pics)

Please use PETG or ABS filament for strength. The print I did was done with 25% infill, gyroid. Support is required when printing this model.

If you experience any fender breaks, you can try printing this with 100% infill or printing it in the up-right, vertical postiion.

If you need to print flight fins, you can find them here.

Boost Me (for free)

If possible, please boost, like and rate this model to show your appreciation and support.

You can also DM me if you would like to donate directly to this project and future onewheel designs. Any little bit helps!

Thank you!
