Description
If you need compatible FF fenders, purchase directly from flight fins, or browse my designs. I have options for the XR, GT and ADV.
Print in TPU only…the softer, the better. Use 15-20% infill. No supports required.
Two mounted fins require the following screws/nuts:
- 4x - #12 5/8" Screw
- 4x - #12 1" Screw
- 8x - #12 KEPS Lock Nuts

Hey when I try to print these I get some curling on the outer edge. Not peeling off the plate or warping but like the outside edge expands above the print surface and makes those few layers look poor. And ideas? Your models look perfect! Just tpu issues I suppose. 95a generic no issues on other (smaller) prints

You could try slicing the model with supports added or printing at a lower layer height. This should fix the issues.

I did a few tpu related adjustments when slicing and a raft and it seemed to help out. Thanks for sharing! 🤘🏼

This doesn't seem to line up with the screw holes for the XR fender exactly??
