Kirby's Whispy Woods

  • The Whispy Woods boss from Kirby, the head can be removed and you can put small items inside the body.

————————————————

2024.10.22 V2.0 Update Contents:

  • The old version of Whispy Woods was the first model I uploaded to Maker World after purchasing the A1 mini, and now it seems that there are many unreasonable settings. In particular, the canopy part uses automatic tree-shaped supports, which are difficult to dismantle and the quality of the contact surface with the supports is poor. The number of recent downloads has been high, so I'm quickly optimizing the old version of the model.
  • The canopy is divided into two assemblable parts, which are fixed using connecting pieces, allowing the entire model to be printed without support.
  • The canopy is set for printing with a fuzzy surface, which reduces layer lines and simulates the effect of leaves.
  • Positioning grooves are set at the connection point between the canopy and the trunk.
  • The eyes and mouth are completely hollowed out, creating a deep, dark tree hole effect.
  • Because the parts may deform when taken off the heated bed, there may be a large gap when the two canopy parts are joined, this can be solved by using super glue.

————————————————

2024.10.23 V2.1 Update Contents:

  • Updated Kirby's Mouthful Modetransformation replaceable head!
  • The parts are small and require delicate operation, pay attention to cleaning the heated bed, small parts are prone to spaghetti.

I like it, I ended up doing fuzzy skin, putting the tiny inserts was a challenge lol. I shrunk them all to 97% and took a hobby knife to the holes to fit. Can you update the file to include the Kirby tree as a solid piece also? I am not a fan of the seam and supports are not an issue.

Thank you for your liking and support ♥~ You mean the tree crown as a whole, or including the trunk? I will update it later~

Standard supports are generally easier to remove

Early versions of the model had some settings that were not quite ideal, thank you for your love and understanding ❤❤❤ You can try the new version, I think the effect is quite good.

Support hell..., I like this model, but the supports at the top of the tree are very difficult to remove. I switched to normal supports and it was easier to remove. I originally printed four, but because the supports were too difficult to remove, I may plan to reprint them.

Hello~ The old version of the Wind Whisper Tree was the first model I uploaded to Maker World after purchasing the A1 mini and now it seems there are many unreasonable settings Especially the crown part uses automatic tree supports making disassembly quite troublesome and the quality at the contact points with the supports is poor Recently there have been many downloads so I quickly came to optimize the old version of the model I believe you will like it~ 1. The crown is divided into two assembleable parts fixed with connectors allowing the entire model to be printed no supports 2. The crown is set to print with a fuzzy surface to reduce layer lines and simulate a leafy effect 3. Locating grooves are set at the connection point between the crown and the trunk 4. The eyes and mouth are completely hollowed out creating a dark and deep tree hollow effect 5. As parts may deform when removed from the printing plate there might be larger gaps when joining the two crown pieces using super glue can solve this Thank you for your liking and understanding~❤

Printed great on my P2S! I used Hatchbox wood PLA for the trunk, so the tree feels like real wood! A lovely addition to my Kirby collection. Definitely deserves a boost! I did end up printing the single piece monolithic canopy because I didn't really like the look of the seam when assembled.

Came out looking perfect on my P2S! Looks great next to my Kirby figurines. I adjusted the support settings to make them easier to remove.
