EDIT: I changed the names of the STLs in the listing to match the names in the profile to reduce confusion. The first version I uploaded is v2, the model hasn't changed. I also added a v3 of both the clip and the frame. Clip v3 has -0.04mm tolerance to clear the basket hexagons. Frame v3 has +0.04mm tolerance on holes for the clip.

Hi there!

I made a label for a larger Eternity Labs basket, and a commenter asked for one for this size. So here's another label frame, this time for the 92x132mm Eternity Lab basket ! They do make nice baskets those peeps. The frame that holds a small 34mm x 17mm piece of paper as a label.

It prints in 3 pieces. The clip part pushes through the basket holes from the back into the frame. Be careful when you push it through to not break the hexagons on the basket, as it can be a little bit tight when the basket is printed in extra draft and the small connections of the basket can break on the layer lines.

Didn't work for me, on my EL baskets, but it printed perfectly.

I'm having the same issue with the tolerances being too tight. when I am done with this marble pla, I will switch to regular and + and see if my issue persists. I tried the v2

oof I may have uploaded the wrong files because I thought I only made one version for these ones ! I also made the tolerances quite wide on this one. I'll upload an update tomorrow Edit: Sorry I understand what you mean now, the STL was called v2 in the profile

I added some extra STLs to the listing with more tolerances, and also updated the profile with these. let me know if you still are having trouble !

I was able to use the clip on the ends of the 92x132 basket, but not on the sides. I never noticed before, but it looks like the hexagon holes on the side of the Eternity Labs basket are a little smaller than the hexagon holes on the ends of the basket. I printed on Bambu Labs P1S, using PLA Basic Blue Grey. I used v3 of the clip and the frame. Also, once I attached the label to the end of the 92x132 basket, the combination was just a fraction too large to put the 92x132 basket inside the 140x200 basket. Any thoughts on how to address those challenges I am having?

oooh I'll be honest that people have had mixed results with this model! There is obviously a demand for labels like this for these baskets, and I actually think this needs a bit of a redesign to solve all these nuanced problems. it's on my to do list ! thank you for your detailed post, this will be very useful for a redesign and I will keep all your points in mind 🙏 sorry I can't help you out right away with this model 😔
