Description
Geodesic sphere. “Simplified”.
Assemble like a classic football / soccer ball. pentagons surrounded by hexagons.
- Pay attention to the angle in the joints/rods. Must have same orientation/ must curve inwards.
- Start by making a pentagon.
- Make hexagons around that pentagon
- Make pentagons spaced one hexagon apart. All pentagons are surrounded by hexagons.
- Continue till you have a closed sphere
