Description
Screwed? A clever Nutcase Puzzle Box
This Puzzle looks unsolvable, but it has an clever trick to escape the nuts and open a secret box. It's hard to solve if you don't know the trick.
Align the nuts correctly and you can slide up the bolt and open up the usable compartment.
A section thread on the nuts and a split thread at the bolt makes the passthrough possible.
It could be used as a secret box to hide valuenable, too.
Idea:
Seen a metal puzzle called “Nutcase” on Chris Ramsay's YouTube Channel. It was initial created from Oskar van Deventer.
I designed a similar easy printable version from scratch, with an usable compartment size.
The thread is a working M60x3
Printing & Assembly:
No Glue or other Parts used just print the 4 parts (Nut is 2x identical). You can use my well tested Print Profile.

Tip:
I added marks to the nuts and bolt for an easier solving/alignment. But you can turn the nut 180° and the marks don't match anymore.
Have fun with this print 😄
