📂 Example Use Case

If you need an M6 washer with:

• Nominal Inner Diameter: 2mm

• Outer Diameter: 5mm

• Height: 10mm

Go to: OD_5mm > M6_ID_2mm_OD_5mm_HE_10mm.stl.

🔢 Washer Specifications

• Inner Diameter (ID): The inner diameter is listed as Nmm for washers, but the actual inner diameter is N + 0.4mm. This slight increase ensures the washer fits smoothly over the screw when 3D printed.
 

Why the 0.4mm Offset?

3D printing with standard 0.4mm nozzles can sometimes result in minor imperfections. The 0.4mm offset accounts for these variations, ensuring the washer is not too tight around the screw. By making the inner diameter slightly larger, the washer fits easily even with common printing inaccuracies.

• Height (HE): Washers are available in heights from 1mm to 20mm.
