ESP32 A1S Speaker Case

This is a case for an ESP32 A1S audio kit + a pair of 3W speakers. This can be flashed with squeezelite-esp32 for a squeezelite streaming music player, pair that with Music Assistant/Home Assistant and you have a fully open source multi-room audio system.

Parts:

• ESP32-A1S Audio Kit
• Adafruit Stero Speaker Set 3W 4 Ohm
• M3 x 6mm screws, 8 (for speakers)
• M3 H4 heat set inserts, 8 (for speakers)
• M2 H4 heat set inserts, 4 (case half assembly)
• M2 H2 or H4 heat set inserts, 4 (circuit board)

Assembly

1. Print one base and lid (with either the logo or no logo)
2. Install the 8 M3 heat set inserts in the lid
3. Install the 8 M2 inserts in the base
4. Screw in the two speakers with the wires coming out the side with more space
5. Screw in the main ESP board and connect the speakers
6. Screw together the halves
