Pool solar cover clamp

A clamp replacing original item for pool solar cover winder

I made this because original items were breaking apart.

Maybe someone will find it useful.

Print instructions:

Top and Bottom parts:

At least 25% infill

Use PETG or something more temperature resilliant.

Note on material:

In my experience PETG will bend under heat over time to a point it will lose grip (see picture after 2 months of use).

I will have to wait until next season to see how ASA and ABS handle those same conditions.

Back part:

I used TPU, 15% infill works.

Assemply instructions:

Slot together Top and Bottom item on the solar cover, then place the back item, push through the rope and make a knot.
