Whether you're into cross fit, gymnastics, calisthenics or general fitness, these push up bars will provide you with endless ways to help improve your upper body strength. Designed with a HEX bar to give good grip, even with sweaty hands. Also featuring a sturdy honeycomb infill and HEX design meaning they can be 100% printed without the need for any additional parts.

 

The design is strong enough to work with PLA, but if you want extra reassurance PETG or stronger is recommended.

Successfully tested with 95kg. (The white residue is chalk) I also added rubber mats under the bars to prevent them from slipping

Works well. Needs quite a lot of filament and some deburring of the underside of the bars is necessary, but the end result is really nice and sturdy.

update: 0 post processing needed. this was one of the smoothest cylindrical object I've actually ever printed. stock settings and no mods to a p1s.

These are perfect, I use them every other day. And I've added TPU base plates to make the handles even less slippery

im a silly guy so i used 5 walls 10 top layers 10 bottom and 20% infill with ASA and then gripped them with hockey tape and some rubber mat adhesive. these are awesome
