I really liked the Model but I had only a A1 Mini so I made a profile. Now everybody can print his awesome model even on a a1 mini.&nbsp;I added one more Walllop to insure stability Details:<ul><li>0.2mm Layers</li><li>3 Wallops</li><li>8% Infill</li></ul>

Botten lossnade för mig på orginalinställningar och denna profilen är markant mycket tåligare och gedigen. Kommentera gärna era belastningar. Linda gärna handtaget med tygtejp eller kanske läder. The bottom came off for me with original settings, and this profile is significantly more durable and robust. Please comment on your loads. Feel free to wrap the handle with fabric tape or perhaps leather. If you want maximum structural strength without wasting filament and time, this is the profile you need. I completely re-engineered the slicing strategy to make the connection joints indestructible. 📊 Key Stats (Full Set of 4)<ul><li>Weight: ~420g total (Only ~105g per piece!)</li><li>Time: ~10.5 hours for the complete set.</li></ul>⚙️ The Engineering Upgrade Using 100% global infill is a waste of material, and standard walls often create weak lines inside the part. To fix this, I applied a custom hexagonal modifier strictly around the insertion hole. This forces the slicer to generate 6 thick walls that perfectly wrap the hexagon, creating an armor-like joint for maximum torque resistance, while keeping the rest of the body light and strong with optimized infill. No &#34;phantom perimeters&#34;, just pure structural integrity.  🖨️ Plates Organization I organized the project into 3 distinct plates so you can choose your workflow:<ul><li>Plate 1: 1 Piece (Perfect for a quick test fit of your bar).</li><li>Plate 2: 3 Pieces.</li><li>Plate 3: 4 Pieces (Print the entire kit in one single run).</li></ul>💡 Recommendation: Highly recommended to print in PETG, ASA, or PAHT-CF for mechanical parts. PLA is not recommended for body-weight fitness gear.
