Profiles have a stop at layer 4 to manually change the filament colour for those who don't have AMS, for those who do, after the pause just hit play and it will change filament and continue printing as regular. First 4 layers should be white and then change to black.

Settings:

First layer width: 0.55 ( to make sure that the 2 layers of the diffuser stick together well)

Layer height: 0.2

Infill: 5%

Walls: 2

Bottom/top layers: 4

Detect Thin walls

Ironing is turned off by default so it prints quicker, but you can turn it on for better results especially on the white layer.
