Overview

The 3D-printed Universal Round Wall Mount is a compact and versatile solution designed to securely hold a variety of items. With a minimalist yet functional design, this mount is easy to print and assemble, making it a perfect choice for both practical and decorative applications.

Material and Print Settings

For best results, print the Universal Round Wall Mount using strong materials like PETG, ABS, or ASA. PLA can be used for lighter indoor applications.

Recommended Print Settings:

  • Layer Height: 0.15 - 0.3 mm
  • Infill: 50% or higher
  • Walls: 4 or more

Dimensions and Compatibility

  • Wall Piece: 25 mm in diameter, 10 mm thick.
  • Attachment Piece: 21.7 mm in diameter, 7 mm thick.

The mount features holes designed for M4 hex socket countersink screws, ensuring a secure fit for a wide range of items.

Installation Instructions

  1. Mounting to the Wall:
    • Attach the wall piece to your desired location using M4 hex socket countersink screws.
  2. Attaching to the Item:
    • Secure the attachment piece to the item you wish to hang, also using M4 screws.
  3. Assembly:
    • Slide the attachment piece into the wall piece until it locks securely in place.

Customization Options

Choose different colors for a personalized look that complements your space. The round design blends seamlessly with modern décor.

Safety and Durability

Ensure proper installation and use strong materials to maximize the mount's durability and load-bearing capacity. Regularly check for wear, especially if using PLA for lighter loads.

Model been changed to have 55 degree angle on both parts, this will remove the need for supports. (First 2 pictures)
