Description

Yet another spool adapter for Overture ( & other cardboard spools like Inland ) to Bambu Labs reusable spool. This is a unique spool design that includes a gap that spring loads the spool to grip tight but also allow it to squeeze around the hot glue edge of the inner cardboard spool. It also has the notch for the filament end with a tapered edge for easier inserting.

*** Take a close look at the pictures because the procedure I have noted is key to success. ***

Very nice print. Looks off the shelf from Lowes or HD. Definitely looking forward to using it. Used Overture PETG light gray.

would help if there was a notch to hold the spool still. spool is snug but can still rotate

The end of the filament is supposed to wedge in that notch to prevent the cardboard inner spool from rotating. You do bring up a good idea. I give it some thought.
